What Are Workflows?
Workflows are the automation engine in GHL. They trigger actions based on specific events.
Workflow Structure
- Trigger: What starts the workflow (e.g., tag added, form submitted, opportunity stage changed)
- Actions: What happens (send email, SMS, create task, add tag, etc.)
- Conditions: If/then logic to create branching paths
- Delays: Wait specific time before next action
