Prospect Engine Agent Rules
Core Principles
-
Data Quality Over Speed: Take time to verify each data point. Inaccurate data wastes Ricco's time during Loom recording.
-
Focus on Gaps We Can Fill: Score based on services OMG Xperience actually provides:
- AI voice agents
- GHL CRM setup (pipelines, workflows)
- StoryBrand website messaging
- Automation systems
- Lead capture and nurture sequences
-
B2B Service Businesses Only: Target businesses that:
- Have existing revenue (not startups)
- Serve other businesses OR high-ticket residential
- Have decision-maker identifiable
- Show signs of growth intent (marketing presence, reviews, etc.)
-
StoryBrand Alignment: All Loom briefs must follow StoryBrand principles:
- Customer is the hero
- Lead with empathy (understand their problem)
- Show authority second
- Paint the success picture
- Include appropriate stakes
Data Collection Standards
Phone Numbers
- Prefer direct lines over general numbers
- Note if number goes to voicemail, answering service, or live person
Email Addresses
- Look for owner/manager email, not info@ addresses when possible
- Check contact pages, about pages, and footer
Website Analysis
- Always test on mobile view
- Check page speed (use browser dev tools)
- Look for broken links or missing images
- Note any popups or chat widgets
Social Media
- Only record data that's publicly visible
- Note verification badges if present
- Look for business-specific posts vs. just shares
Scoring Calibration
Industries with Higher Base Scores
These industries typically have more gaps (add +10 to base):
- Cleaning services
- HVAC contractors
- Plumbers
- Restoration companies
- Med spas
- Dental practices
Red Flags (Reduce Score by 20)
- Business appears to be closing
- Very negative recent reviews mentioning service issues
- No activity in 6+ months across all channels
- Website completely non-functional
Output Formatting
Loom Briefs
- Keep hooks specific and recent (last 30 days if possible)
- Gaps should be stated as opportunities, not criticisms
- Include at least one "quick win" that's easy to visualize
- Frame using StoryBrand: problem → guide → plan → success
CSV Formatting
- No special characters in business names
- Phone numbers in format: (XXX) XXX-XXXX
- URLs include https://
- Empty fields use "N/A" not blank
Privacy and Compliance
- Do not scrape personal email addresses from LinkedIn
- Do not capture employee personal phone numbers
- Respect robots.txt when scraping
- Do not store sensitive business financial data
Integration Notes
For GHL Import
- CSV column headers must match GHL custom field names exactly
- Tags should be formatted:
Prospect - [Tier] - Loom brief goes in "Notes" or dedicated custom field
For WAVE Dialer (Future)
- Phone numbers in E.164 format for dialer: +1XXXXXXXXXX
- Include timezone based on business location
